With the new additions to the appearance menu, you can set any RGB color you like instead of flipping through a limited set of predefined colors. You can now also set a custom background color!

- Brick/TSP: Fixed a scenario where Wifi seemingly turns on but no network is appearing in the list. As a result of this fix, you may have to enter your Wifi password again - sorry about that!
Note: A separate issue with Settings.pak freezing on entering the Wifi menu is still being investigated and will be addressed at a later time.
