On 2026-07-28 requests, every result now carries
resultType: "complete"and_meta["io.modelcontextprotocol/serverInfo"]with the endpoint's name and version, as the spec requires. 2025-11-25 results are unchanged, byte for byte. Stacked on #39698, so its commits show here until it lands. Closes DEX-76 and DEX-77.Tests: updated the 2026-07-28 success cases in the datadriven file.
