The conditions page now says that a `check-*` condition reads one run per
check name and GitHub App on the head commit: the newest check suite's, and
within it the run created last, so a later run replaces an earlier result.
A commit status counts by its latest state per context. `check-success` is
met by a `success` conclusion only; `neutral` and `skipped` are not success.
