Documents that Arbitrum archive-data requests (older than 128 blocks) are handled via the
DINservice and routed to partners, in addition to the existing failover-protection note.Reworks the “Partners and privacy policies” section to split out a dedicated failover partner (Liquify) and to list archive-data partners by network (Mainnet/Sepolia) instead of a single combined list.
