Look for Java installs on path

So far, java-version looks for the current Java used by the active shell. It would be better if we can make it support any existing Java installations on the user's path first, and then download what we need if we don't have it.

Do we want to prefer certain distributions for any reason? At least for minecraft-maven, it will probably be prudent to use Microsoft's distro to recompile the game.

Looking at the PATH variable would just be a matter of adding a new locator.
As for prioritizing
I already sort distros when using disco based on their enums, probably would be fine to expose that sorting to discovered as well.

Yes, exposing that sorting would be a good idea. What I'd like for is to use Microsoft JDK's javac for recompilation and then to use Temurin for anything else. Eventually when we create the slime minecraft launcher, I'd like to use Microsoft's JDK for that as well. But again, it's important to search for path first to avoid needing to create additional JDKs on the host's computer.
