Adds the following new mirrors to mirrors_list.yaml: - ArvanCloud Consolidated Mirror (mirror.arvancloud.ir) - Petiak Ubuntu, Dimit Cloud, Asiatech, Hostiran, Pars.host, Zagrio - Megan Hub, Roomeet Docker, IranServer Docker, IranRepo Docker - HaioCloud Docker, ParsPack Docker, Runflare Docker, Kernel.ir Docker - Docker Registry IR (multi-service: Docker + PyPI + Arch) - Kargadan (24+ distros + 8 language registries) - Alibaba IR, Hakimi-Soft, Parmin, Rasanegar - Petiak Debian, Liara Linux Mirrors Updates existing entries: - Chabokan: pointed to mirror2.chabokan.net with expanded packages - AtlantisCloud: added Debian to package list Also fixes MIT entry package indentation to match project style.
Removes mirrors confirmed dead by curl (10s timeout, DNS/TLS/HTTP): - KubarCloud (DNS failure) - ManageIT Ubuntu (DNS failure) - Hakimi-Soft (DNS failure) - Zagrio Ubuntu (DNS failure) - HaioCloud Docker (connection timeout) - Docker Registry IR (connection timeout) - Hostiran Ubuntu (connection timeout) - PubYar (connection timeout) - Terraform Peaker (HTTP 404) Kept 6 mirrors that are alive with --insecure (cert issues only). Total: 62 -> 53 mirrors
Adds 2 verified-alive mirrors: - ArvanCloud Consolidated Mirror (mirror.arvancloud.ir) - Sefroyek Pardaz (.ir) (mirror.0-1.ir) Does not add Asiatech Ubuntu (DNS dead). Total: 53 -> 55 mirrors, no duplicates.

Thank you for your contribution and for putting together this dynamic list! This is a great idea. We are currently developing Mirava Core, which will automatically discover, verify, and monitor mirrors. Your approach fits very well with what we're building. |

Updating the mirror list, Adding new entries, changing the older links to new ones.
A quick explanation: some mirrors like mirror2.chabokan.net are replaced with their older URLs, because it would be easier to attach extension navigation text and use the mirror directly; e.g. mirror2.chabokan.net/ubuntu
