This pull request introduces a new utility script to the neuroConstruct project that converts SWC files to NeuroML format. The script is implemented in Python and aims to simplify the process of converting neuron morphology data for users.
New Python Script:
Added swc_to_nml.py to the converters directory.
This script reads SWC files and generates corresponding NeuroML files, supporting custom types for neuron segmentation.
