Keeping develop clean is about code: no edits, branches, or commits there. Installing, testing,
running the backend, and /run-local are fine, so Claude no longer refuses to run current develop.

Anyone who wants to try a code change without a ticket makes a throwaway-<title> worktree from
origin/develop instead of touching develop's. The new-worktree skill is trimmed and less insistent.

…n-develop

argos-dev: run develop freely, throwaway branches for untracked changes
Say how throwaway work reaches a ticket branch (squash merge, then /commit) so /open-pr's commit
format check passes, spell out what stays off develop's worktree, and use one placeholder.
