Adds a first firmware workspace, software/firmware/calypso/calypso-dev, for Calypso and calypso-sim. It starts deliberately bare:
The shared skills (new-worktree, switch-workspace, setup-workspace, journal) come from
software/workspace-inherit/on each sync, and thedelphiplugin is on by default. There are no Calypso plugins, workspace-defaults or project docs yet; those can grow with use.scripts/ci.sh, which mirrorsrust-ci.yml: natively on Linux, in Docker on macOS. sim-drive is a stub that points to the sim's README.develop, which contains all ofDevelop. UntilDevelopis deleted, the two collide on macOS, so CLAUDE.md has a one-time fix.
