- Upload imposm config to S3 (upload, read, fetch imposm3.json) in order to use in tiler-monitor
- Improved materialized views refresh (parallel/sequential mode, tuned work_mem and shared_buffers), but now since we move to lerge server, we are going to run all the mviews in paralle.
- Update config to migrate services to new tiler server (DB connection, resources, Cloudflare monitoring route)
