Show diff file-type filters in DiffPanel

Summary

• Replace the turn selector strip with file change type filters in the diff panel header.
• Add counts and filtering for All, Added, Modified, Deleted, and Renamed files.
• Reset the active filter when the diff viewer opens and keep the render list scoped to the selected category.

Testing

• Not run (not requested).
• Verify the diff panel opens with the filter chips visible in the header.
• Verify each chip shows the expected count and filters the file list correctly.
• Verify reopening the diff viewer resets the filter to All.
