Description of the problem being solved:
Adds support for https://www.poewiki.net/wiki/Reconstructed_Essence. This by applying @Peechey's Sacrosanctum code to the other recover types and by adding a new
RecoupRecoveryAmountmod for the 50% less mod.Unfortunately the source doesn't show the tree minimap, but that is probably a separate issue with the source ids
