package_audit.py expected the retired heroui-inc repository URL and a `cargo add herogpui --path` line the README had dropped; both are back in line with Cargo.toml. The release workflow downloaded the gallery bundle into release/ but published release/dist/*, which matches nothing, and RELEASING.md claimed the workflow publishes crates, which it does not. The page rendered a per-day git commit log. It now renders src/data/releases.json, generated from the GitHub Releases API by scripts/extract-releases.mjs (drafts skipped, --check drift mode, 404 fatal), with a dependency-free markdown renderer that rejects unsafe URL schemes. The changelog extractor and data file are removed and the web docs updated. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com>
Single-colour headline, one eyebrow with the live dot, noise layer and violet glow, staggered entrance that keeps the hero readable, statement band, principles grid with hairlines and hover wash, product-visual framing for the live WebAssembly specimens, hairline atlas and agent rows with a growing underline, closing band, and footer metrics from porabuild.com. Brand colours come from the tokens only; reduced motion is honoured. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com>
OverlayScrollbars drives the page body, the docs sidebar rail and the table of contents with a thin brand-coloured thumb that appears on scroll and auto-hides; the sticky wrappers sit outside the scroll host because the library's unlayered position rule beats Tailwind's sticky utility. Code blocks keep a CSS-only ghost bar and gain a wrap mode. Reduced motion keeps the native bars. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com>
Catalog cards show one component in light and dark instead of a cropped gallery page. API tables lead with Rust builders. Get started opens a Quick Start, and Ctrl+K searches docs and components.
