Release 0.3.1 (pre-beta) of the RobotTradersLab engine: every fill a strategy's orders produce reaches the fill subscribers with its effect on the position and its realised profit in the cycle that filled it, a market order's settlement being read beside its fill; a fill the venue reports without a client order id carries the one the engine placed, so the order's tag holds on every venue.
