- Bugfix: display each model’s saved Fast-mode state in the model picker.
- Fall back to the provider’s model default when no saved preference exists.
- Remove draft-level Fast-mode propagation and add coverage for preference handling.
- Derive Fast indicators from model preferences and defaults - Remove draft-level Fast state plumbing - Add coverage for saved and default preferences
