feat: Update the list of sample

This commit permit to update the list of sample that we display on our website.

Same comment as with the Terraform PR: let's wait for IST to decide which samples they wanna keep.

I haven't seen the final decision about which samples we keep and which one we drop. Hence I can't approve this

On the file where the discussion happened, all samples in doubt were discussed and comments resolved. In the end it was decided to drop all samples that where questioned, as no one uses them. In any case as they are only archived, they can still be used for testing purposes, just not maintained. Does this answer your question ?
