Emacs keybindings in the editor #2539

Problem

The editor has a full Vim mode and nothing for Emacs. macOS text views give Ctrl+A, Ctrl+E and Ctrl+K for free, but the editor is a custom text engine, so even those are inconsistent with the rest of the system.

Proposed solution

• An Emacs mode beside Vim mode in Settings > Editor, off by default.
• Movement, kill and yank: Ctrl+A, Ctrl+E, Ctrl+F, Ctrl+B, Ctrl+N, Ctrl+P, Ctrl+K, Ctrl+Y, Alt+F, Alt+B, Alt+D.
• Mark and region with Ctrl+Space, and Ctrl+W / Alt+W over it.
• A kill ring, since Ctrl+Y without one is just paste.
• The same interception path Vim mode uses, so the two cannot both be active.

Alternatives considered

The default bindings, which cover a handful of the movement keys and none of the rest.
