What does this mean?

If you have source files that require output and figures to be generated (e.g. R Markdown), then it is important to make sure the generated figures and output are reproducible.

Looks good to me, thanks @BenitoMatischen.

If it's possible, I would also like to check for any further links that work but don't go to what they are describing in the notes. If any of these are found then let's add them to this branch/PR as well. As we said in the meeting earlier, let's keep this open until tomorrow and then we can freeze the notes once this is merged.
