Change to an existing command or behavior

What would you like to see?

When CLI is used by agents it shouldn't by default include the serving option. While for debugging it is useful, it shouldn't be available in production use cases.

Why is this important?

Agents using --spec are likely making a mistake and it can lead them in a random place.
