Summary

Replace the standalone "Ascend" with "Huawei Ascend" on the user-facing pages that name the NPU backend: the README news and hardware-support entries (README.md:53, README.md:124-125) and the bilingual docs landing page (docs_roll/docs/Overview.mdx:103, docs_roll/i18n/zh-Hans/docusaurus-plugin-content-docs/current/Overview.mdx:105).

Huawei Ascend makes the hardware vendor explicit. Using the full name here makes the hardware reference clearer for readers who may not be familiar with the Ascend brand.
