This commit improves the robustness of REST catalog operations:

  • Disable HTTP redirects in REST catalog requests to prevent unexpected behavior with signed requests and custom authentication headers
  • Filter server-provided configuration to prevent override of client-specified authentication settings
  • Improve JSON parse error messages to avoid exposing sensitive data in logs by reporting only type information instead of full values
  • Add log sanitizer utility to redact sensitive configuration values from application logs

Parse errors from the JSON helpers and the table metadata and REST
response parsers interpolated the offending JSON document, and
FromJsonString echoed the whole input on invalid JSON. Report the key,
the JSON type found and the reason instead, and report only the input
size for invalid JSON.
