• Exclude transitive Lucene from cuvs-lucene to use Solr's Lucene at runtime (avoids classloader/SPI conflicts)

Upgrading cuvs-lucene and cuvs-java versions

Solution

• Bump cuvs-lucene and cuvs-java to 26.02.0 in version catalog and lockfile
• Exclude transitive Lucene from cuvs-lucene to use Solr's Lucene at runtime (avoids classloader/SPI conflicts)
