Added medal colors for top-3 badges

Improved GitHub ranking badges with a new medal-style color scheme:

• 1st — Gold
• 2nd — Silver
• 3rd — Bronze
• Other ranked — Blue
• Unranked — Red

This helps highlight top contributors and improves badge readability.

I'm also not convinced that the colors look great or make sense. I'd rather add a medal in the text itself instead of # e.g. https://img.shields.io/badge/any_text-you_like%F0%9F%A5%87-FF0000

@ashkulz In my opinion medal colors enhance the visual appearance of the badges, creating a sense of exclusivity and achievement. Medal in text is little and almost invisible.
