This is the regenerated form of #97, which Dependabot closed when #100 renamed its group. The regeneration and the merge of #104 (which restored #97's content) crossed: this PR was opened at 12:02:18, #104 merged moments later. main now carries Scalar.AspNetCore 2.17.2, so this diff no longer applies.

Worth noting what this PR confirms though — the group name here is dotnet-version-updates, the one introduced in #100. Before that, Dependabot was still emitting dotnet-minor-patch, a group that had not existed in the config since 2026-08-07. It is reading the file again.
