Build Ghostwright from the PR revision, install its tarball in an isolated consumer, and record a real CLI conversation. The recording workflow uploads MP4/GIF, asciicast, and terminal-frame JSON, then updates a PR comment with the artifact link.

This playground-only prototype targets spike/component-recordings and needs no sibling UI/TTY repositories. The build/test job has read-only repository permissions. A separate job posts comments only on same-repository PRs and skips superseded heads. Artifacts are retained for 14 days; failed tests remain failed after upload.

The recording plugin is now available through the built ghostwright/recording export. Isolated package testing exposed an incompatible Effection minimum; the package and lockfile now require 4.2.0, matching the scope API in use.

Validation:

• Clean filtered install using the frozen workspace lockfile and production package build.
• Installed tarball CLI test passes, produces MP4/GIF, and verifies package exports resolve to installed dist files.
• Actionlint, changed-file lint/format, and diff checks pass.
• Live GitHub Actions build, packaged CLI test, and encoding succeeded. The bot posted the recording artifact link on this PR.
• Downloaded the CI artifact and verified its H.264 MP4, GIF, cast, and final Ghostty frame (Hello, Ada!). Source metadata confirms the test imported installed package dist/index.js.
