The grub-cc test images are built from an ELN build in Koji with no release tag, so it will be garbage collected at some point, at which point every grub-cc matrix job breaks. Drop grub-cc from CI until it is a supported thing in practice; the `--bootloader=grub-cc` code, its tmt branches and docs are left in place so turning it back on is a revert. The poll dispatched a fix round on bootc-dev/bootc#2583, whose head branch `ci-drop-grub-cc` agentic-job's policy step refused as outside tracker's fix.toml (run 39722991646). Nothing on our side checked the head branch, so it would happen again on every pass. With the new `--fix-bounds FILE` on `poll` and `pass`, the poll reads that file's `repos` and `outputs.push_to_pull_request_branch.branches`, and leaves out any pull request whose repository or head branch they don't name. It writes nothing to such a pull request, and its line says `left to the operator: ...`. That covers every round dispatched as the `fix` kind: fix, rebase/conflict, diagnostic, continuation and answer rounds, and `comment_fix`. I checked tracker's dispatch.yml: the wrapper takes fix.toml for the `fix` kind, so each of those rounds would be refused the same way. That is why continuation rounds are covered too, although the task listed them as unchanged. The globs read are exact names, `OWNER/*` and `PREFIX/**`, and a file using any other glob is refused. This only saves the wasted run. The policy step stays the boundary. Without the flag the poll and pass behave exactly as before. The supervisor's `failures` check now gives a run refused with `is not within the bounds` the reason `bounds`. Before, it dropped such a run as a null reason. To turn it on, tracker's poll.yml adds `--fix-bounds .github/agentic-job/fix.toml`, from the trusted checkout, to its `agent-board pass` step. I could not file that tracker issue from this run, which cannot create issues, so it still needs filing and linking here. Verified: `cargo fmt --all --check`, `cargo clippy --workspace --all-targets --locked -- -D warnings`, `cargo test --workspace --locked` and the three fixture CLI commands from AGENTS.md all exit 0. I used a current rustup stable for fmt and clippy because the sandbox had neither. I have not checked live against agentic-job's own glob matching. One review pass found no blockers; two doc inaccuracies it raised are fixed. Follow-ups it left open: no test row yet for answer, rebase or diagnostic rounds outside the bounds; no test that `pass` passes the bounds through; an interrupted answer stop is still finished before the check (documented); the reads before the check still cost a request on each pass; and the parser accepts the harmless `a//**` and `!` forms. Follows up the review on #2575: the grub-cc test images come from a pinned ELN build in Koji with no release tag, so it will be garbage collected eventually and every grub-cc matrix job would break. This drops grub-cc from the integration matrix (with its exclusions) and the Koji fetch in the Dockerfile. The
--bootloader=grub-ccsupport, its tmt branches and docs stay, so re-enabling is a revert.Generated-by: https://github.com/cgwalters/#llms
