Closing as superseded: #4884 removed publish-each-pr.yml on both 5.0 and main, so there's nothing left to apply this to. On main, each PR now gets Android and iOS simulator builds of the example app as workflow artifacts (#5131), and releases publish it to the stores (#5118). If QR previews come back, the branchId approach here is a good starting point.
