User profiles

We think our main users fall into the following profiles:
A family has just had a child diagnosed with Cri du Chat Syndrome. They have been given a link to our site or have Googled it, and arrived. They need:
- A simply-worded explanation
- Reassurance that life goes on and can be good
- How to get in touch with people who will understand
- Where to start
A family has lived with CDCS for a while, but now needs more information about a certain aspect as their child grows up. They need:
- Simple overviews of various subjects (possibly step-by-step guides if appropriate)
- Links to more detailed information
- Where to go to get advice
Either a family member, relative, or friend of someone with CDCS wants to raise money to help. They need:
- Links to create fundraising pages
- Ideas on how to raise funds
- Collateral (logos, images, text) to use for their materials.
A family are members of the support group. They need:
- Information on upcoming events
- Information on accessing grants
