Some UAA seem to send a slightly different reply. This accepts and tests for both.
Tests login endpoint instead, which should usually be present
TODO: I am unsure about this one. Needs more exploration
Some UAA do not return a Location header.

Add a new test to verify log cache read works in an env without V2.
Only the latests commit is relevant.
