Reproduced the same asymmetry on Linux: the first controller returns POST /excelStart/startFlowExcelCd, the second reports no callers, and node plus impact fillModuleList -d 5 still show both correctly linked handlers/routes.

The reproduction exposes a CLI symbol-lookup bug. An uncalled method named startFlowExcelCdPreview can rank above startFlowExcelCd in full-text search. The old callers command compared the qualified query to bare names and then selected the first search result. The route-to-handler edges themselves were intact.

The runtime fix is already merged in #1801 (8c9c4761), which makes callers use the shared exact/qualified symbol lookup. PR #1813 adds the Spring-specific regression coverage and release note: #1813

Linux x64 / Node 22.19.0 verification, using the identical four-test file:

• v1.5.0 and the commit immediately before fix(cli): group callers/callees/impact by definition (#1512) #1801: 3 pass, 1 fails, specifically the second controller's missing caller.
• fix(cli): group callers/callees/impact by definition (#1512) #1801's exact merge commit and current main: all 4 pass, including the route edges, node, impact, and callers text/JSON.
• Build passes. The full suite has 4,563 passing tests and 26 failures; every failure reproduces on unchanged main.

This July 24 report predates v1.6.0 and #1801. The fix is on main but is not yet released. The fixture reproduces all reported symptoms; the original application's full source was not available. Closing as fixed on main, with #1813 preserving this regression.
