Creates a how to guide section for detailed install docs. Currently contains the install docs written under #536 as a starting point.
Since the quickstart and concourse binary aren't typically the ways people are running Concourse, makes sense to relook at detailed install docs to cover various deployment patterns.
Contains commits from #586 so should probably be merged after that for a clearer view
