The GTR questionnaire was completed and merged in cozystack/cozystack#3572. Thanks, that's the substantive part done.

For the incubation DD, the TOC records a point-in-time snapshot of the GTR in the cncf/toc repository at projects/cozystack/tech-review/YYYY-MM-DD.md, Could you open a PR against cncf/toc adding that snapshot?

Submitted the GTR snapshot as a PR against cncf/toc: cncf/toc#2305, adding projects/cozystack/tech-review/2026-09-19.md. It is the current finalized General Technical Review, including the reference-bench measurements — baseline platform overhead, a load/scale characterisation with tested maxima, and an upgrade→downgrade→upgrade matrix. The few remaining items are flagged in-document as open due-diligence work.
