New are the dcgm_fi_dev_nvlink prefixed ones except dcgm_fi_dev_nvlink_bandwidth_total which already was on the whitelist

We'd like to start collecting more nvlink metrics as there are cases when one of the link gets broken and no existing metric or expression provides a good indicator of this failure.
