Remove the trailing %2A (URL-encoded *) from xref links that reference properties in System.ServiceModel* and System.IdentityModel* XML files. Method, constructor, field, and event xrefs are left unchanged. 346 files changed, 2120 property xref fixes across 44 namespace directories.
