Pull request overview
Updates the dotnet/runtime code-review skill guidance for multi-model sub-agent selection by removing a specific recommendation for an older GPT codex variant while keeping the explicit block on gpt-5.4.
Changes:
- Removes the “prefer
gpt-5.3-codexif available” guidance from the model-selection rules. - Retains the
gpt-5.4block due to reliability/timeouts while leaving generic “prefer -codex + highest version” selection rules in place.

This seems like an outdated instruction, 5.6 should probably be the new default. We could maybe delete this whole bullet since it should default to 5.6 over 5.4 anyway.
