M3 Spark

The default branch has been changed to m3 (with our changes). The original readme is at README.original.md.

To build, run ./dev/make-distribution.sh --name spark-m3 --tgz -Phadoop-2.7 -Pyarn. The distribution is spark-2.3.2-bin-spark-m3.tgz.
