This pull request makes a minor but important clarification to the requirements documentation. The main change is to explicitly include "Security" alongside "Safety" in the description of software requirements for both features and components.
requirements_workproducts.rstto refer to "SW Safety or Security Requirements" instead of just "SW Safety Requirements" for both user-facing feature requirements and component requirements. [1] [2]
