Adds swizzles 7 through 27 to the ship builder (though, I'm not entirely sure 27 is working correctly).
I haven't provided descriptions for the newly listed swizzles beyond the colour changes they make.
Should they describe what factions use those swizzles, like is done for the Republic, FW, Syndicate, Merchants, and Pirates, or should they describe the actual colour changes qualitatively, like we see in the GLSL code in SpriteShader::Init4?
