To reiterate my comments here, we are running into test failures due to this issue with Rules. This works for me and I would love to see it added ASAP. 👍 |

As per this issue https://www.drupal.org/node/2863561 this PR should probably be closed as a duplicate and replaced with: https://www.drupal.org/node/2824348 (#484). |
