Enable JIT for worker processes. Internally, this configuration enables Ruby's `--jit` command-line option.
Enable Ruby's JIT \(YJIT\) for worker processes. Since v1.20.0, the default value is changed to `true`.

JIT increases the memory usage of each worker process. Set `enable_jit false` to restore the previous behavior.

Note that JIT is not available on Windows, and this parameter has no effect there.
