Part B is INCONCLUSIVE because all 7 targeted write tools (add_issue_comment, star_repository, issue_write, create_branch, create_or_update_file, create_pull_request) were entirely absent from the 23-tool MCP catalog exposed to this workflow — consistent with gh-aw's documented GITHUB_READ_ONLY=1 backend behavior, which means the write never reached a write-capable backend and the gateway's own independent DIFC/guard blocking layer was not exercised by this probe. Parts D/E are INCONCLUSIVE because the gh CLI was not authenticated in this environment (gh auth status: not logged into any GitHub hosts), so the REST/GraphQL token-scope boundary could not be tested this run.

No security regression found; methodology gap noted per the test's own validation criteria.
