A modular queue abstraction with multiple engines:
• SQLiteQueue — concurrent, durable, ACID-safe job storage for large or parallel tasks.
• CsvQueue — minimal, file-based queue where each CSV row is a job, ideal for audits or quick one-shot batches.
Both share the same interface and integrate with import/export adapters offering header aliases, transforms, and defaults.
Tested and debugged in private, runs in production.
