Right now, XenonRecomp can go a long time without printing any progress / status messages. This PR adds some progress / status messages that get printed to standard error. Some may be too verbose (e.g. the scanning progress messages), so feel free to delete them if desired, but I think at least start/end messages for the big-picture steps is nice
