Summary

Adds Renovate configuration for automated dependency updates.

How It Works

Schedule

  • When: Every Tuesday before 10am
  • Safety: Only updates packages released 3+ days ago (avoids broken releases)

PR Grouping

PR Type Contains
all non-major dependencies Minor and patch updates (low risk)
all major dependencies Major updates (breaking changes)

Flow

  1. Renovate creates 1 PR at a time (prConcurrentLimit: 1)
  2. CI runs automatically on the PR
  3. Review and merge (or close if issues)
  4. Next pending PR is created after merge

Commit Format

chore(deps): update dependencies to vX.Y.Z
