Fixes field misalignment in two rows added in #883.
Both rows had an extra empty column after Date Added field, causing 21 fields vs 20-column header. This shifted License to empty, Description to MIT, and moved the actual description to Removed From Origin.
Removed the extra empty column to restore proper alignment.
