The earlier guidance required ownership on older Servers and extended restore/cleanup guarantees. Scope the proposed protection to ordinary Loader processes sharing one live Server graph instance; older Servers and graph-source/restore imports keep their existing behavior.
Only an explicitly unsupported ownership-route 404 selects the legacy ordinary mode flow. Other errors remain failures. Explain the same-handle/principal owner lifecycle and manual REST release recovery, without automatic expiry, cross-Server coordination or a full shutdown/drain guarantee.
Paired implementations: Server #3331 and Client/Loader #815. Released packages and current master lack this owner protection. Hubble task cleanup #814 remains a separate change.
Validation: strict Hugo 0.165 Extended build, repository link checks, bilingual rendered-page checks and a fresh independent documentation review. Current-head CI and coordinated implementation/documentation merges remain open.
