docs(cloud): the person a profile represents can read it - #1364
Documents meshery-cloud's Cloud ask A1 (the represented user's read-only access to their profile). The person a profile represents (its user) can list and open that profile without View Profiles. Changing it, linking connections and seeing its connections keep the existing rules.
Companion to the meshery-cloud PR that implements it; merge with or after it.
Clarified that profiles without a workspace are visible to their owner, the person they represent, and organization admins, including when newly created.
Explained that represented people can read their profiles without the View Profiles permission, and that workspace members and organization admins still need that permission unless they own or are represented by the profile.
Clarified that read access does not change existing rules for editing profiles or accessing linked connections, and that profiles hidden by visibility settings return a 404.

Walkthrough
The profile documentation now states that the represented person can read a profile without View Profiles. The profile creation guide also lists the represented person among those who can see a profile before workspace assignment.
The visibility rules and View Profiles description include read access for the represented person. The creation guide lists the represented person as able to see a profile before workspace assignment. Editing and connection access remain subject to existing rules.
layer5io/docs#1353: Documents owner read access without View Profiles in the same visibility rule and guide.
layer5io/docs#1352: Introduced the Profiles documentation and its owner-access visibility rule.

- Line 29: Update the no-workspace visibility rule in the profile documentation
to include the person represented by the profile alongside its owner and
organization admins. Preserve the existing visibility and 404 behavior wording.
- Line 43: Update the “View Profiles” permission description to clarify that a
profile’s represented user can read it without that permission only when the
profile is assigned; keep the pre-assignment visibility rule consistent with the
API guide’s list/detail rules and default-permissions reference.

…-assignment visibility rules
The concept page and the managing-profiles guide both stated a profile
in no workspace is visible only to its owner and the organization's
admins, contradicting the page's own represented-user read rule and
meshery-cloud #6340, under which the user a profile represents can
list and read it without View Profiles, including before assignment.
Also apply the two LanguageTool style nits on the same concept-page
paragraph.
