Summary

Fixes CI being broken since #36: it removed the LOGSEQ_GITHUB_PAT env entries but left bare env: keys in ci.yml (ocaml-core job) and e2e.yml (duniverse job). An empty env: parses as env: null, which fails GitHub's workflow schema validation — every run has been failing instantly with 0 jobs and a "workflow file issue" error.

Removes the two empty env: mappings. No behavior change; jobs simply keep no job-level env where the secret used to be.

PR #36 removed the LOGSEQ_GITHUB_PAT env entry but left bare 'env:'
keys, which parse as null and make GitHub reject the workflow at
validation time — every run since then has failed instantly with 0
jobs. Drop the empty mappings.
