Add Log Insights dashboard to Logs page docs

Summary

Documents the new Dashboard tab on the Logs page, releasing on October 15, 2026.

• The Logs page now has three tabs: Dashboard (default), Log Files, and Activity. The page is restructured to match.
• New Dashboard section:
  • Time interval options with a note that the dashboard covers at most the last seven days.
  • A table describing each dashboard section: Summary, Logs Activity Timeline, Top Error Messages, Top Warning Messages, Top Endpoints by Error Rate, Dependency Failures, Security Markers.
  • An info alert explaining that a security marker does not mean the app was compromised.
• Archived logs, retention, and Live Log moved under Log Files. Activity Log moved under Activity.
• Existing anchors are kept (#apps-deployed-to-mendix-cloud, #retention-schedule, #activity-log), so inbound links from other pages still resolve.

Notes for reviewers

• The Dependency Failures and Security Markers descriptions are based on the detection logic behind the dashboard. They are written to be concise and to avoid alarming customers.
• No screenshot is included yet. A clean screenshot of the Dashboard tab can follow in a separate PR.
• Please merge on or after October 15, 2026, to match the release.
