Update Beachball to
3.0.0-alpha.7(I'm currently working on this release) which includes features needed for ESRP release, as well as various performance and security improvements.Related updates (also see migration guide but I think I handled everything):
NPM_TOKENAlso replace the basic(reverted; will make a separate PR)/changeskill with the official/beachball-change-fileskill (beachball v3 has a couple new features supporting this), and update various instructions to direct agents towards the skill.
